Excellent work, great clients, blah, blah, blah. Finding it difficult to cut through the blether and get a real sense of what you'll be doing on your training contract?
We want to get it right so we only take on 30 trainees. Taking on 30 means you receive only the very best support, supervision and training. You are also guaranteed a wide range of high-quality work, and lots of
it.
Being a trainee at Wragge & Co doesn't mean endless hours by the photocopier. You'll be straight in at the deep end, working with clients and playing an active role in our five legal groups. You may find yourself honing your commercial skills on secondment to a FTSE 100 company. No doubt, you'll contribute to the 7,000+ hours we spend on pro bono work each year.
On social life, think sport; think dinners - big and small; think charity; think nights out. There's an annual party, group conferences, team away days - in addition to the trainee away day - and regular drinks evenings. We also have a social club offering special deals on concerts, festivals and international sporting events.
With all this going on, we haven't got time to stand still and neither will you.
