Anisha Sandhu is a third year undergraduate LLB student and the Senior Mistress of the Moot of the University of Bristol Law Club. In her role as Senior Mistress of the Moot, Anisha is responsible for external management along with Beth Davies. In particular, she is in charge of external liaisons and communicates with judges, barristers and solicitors to act as moot judges.
As a semi-finalist in the second year competition as well as a winner of second year Allen & Overy (UBLC) negotiation competition, Anisha is an aspiring commercial litigator. Outside of competitions, Anisha is a legal advisor in the University of Bristol Law Clinic and a volunteer in the Street Law Initiatives - Schools Presentation, where she has gone to schools in the vicinity to teach on issues relating to Employment rights and Access to Justice.
In her capacity as Senior Mistress of the Moot, Anisha hopes to reduce the fears, raise confidence and encourage more to get involved especially those who have not done it before.
